CAR STORAGE LONDON

We are under an hour north of London by road, M1 Junction 14. By rail we are closer than that: Euston to Central Milton Keynes is around 35 minutes.

For a great many owners in central London, that means the car is genuinely quicker to reach than a lock-up on the other side of their own city.

The London problem

Storing a valuable car in London is a question of economics before it is a question of security. Indoor space inside the M25 is priced against what else that building could be, which is flats. So secure car storage in London is either extremely expensive, or it is not really secure car storage: it is a parking space in a basement, or a unit on an industrial estate with a shutter and a padlock.

Neither addresses the actual threats to a stored car, which are damp, flat batteries, seized brakes and time. A basement space in Mayfair will keep the rain off at considerable cost, and do nothing whatsoever about the other four.

Then there is the matter of who sees the car come and go. Our sites are rural, unmarked and unpublished. There is no forecourt and no signage.

What we are

We are a family-run business operating four discreet rural sites in North Bucks, fifteen minutes apart, with capacity for over 150 vehicles. We do not publish the addresses and visits are strictly by prior appointment. For cars of this value, discretion is part of the service rather than an obstacle to it.

Cars are stored indoors and dehumidified, kept on trickle charge where appropriate, and checked regularly. Detailing, MOT and servicing can be arranged before you collect, so the car is ready to drive rather than ready to recommission.

Owners who are not in the country

A significant part of our client base does not live in the UK for most of the year. Cars belonging to expat owners and international clients sit with us between visits, and we handle collection from the London airports so the car is waiting when they land rather than several counties away.

If you are abroad and the car needs starting, moving, servicing or taxing while you are gone, that is a normal part of what we do rather than a special arrangement.
